1. COD, ammonia nitrogen water quality detection

COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) is a chemical method to measure the amount of reducing substances that need to be oxidized in a water sample. It is suitable for the water quality management of rivers, lakes, reservoirs and other surface waters, industrial wastewater, and sewage treatment plants. Through peristaltic pump sampling, the CODcr in the water body can be continuously and automatically monitored. With the sampling system, the total CODcr discharge of the water sample can be obtained. And the measurement results can be transmitted to the designated location through the network, communication line, etc. It is an organic pollution parameter that can be quickly determined.

2. Discharge of condensate in the flue gas automatic monitoring system

Before the flue gas enters the gas analyzer, the flue gas needs to be condensed for gas-water separation, and the condensed water is discharged out of the system. This can prevent the gas analyzer and many components from corroding due to excessive flue gas humidity. Gas monitoring needs to strictly ensure the tightness of the monitoring system. Therefore, the condensate discharge system is required to have a good tightness to prevent outside air from entering the condenser through the drainage system and affecting the sample gas composition. The condensate has a complex chemical composition and is corrosive, and when the sample gas filtration effect is not good in the early stage, the condensed water will contain solid particles. Therefore, the condensed water discharge system is required to have good corrosion resistance and be suitable for abrasive fluids.
