Pump‑head Introduction
This unit is primarily designed for microlitre‑scale metered filling. Its minimum dispensing volume goes as low as 30 μL with dispensing accuracy maintained within ≤±0.5%.
It suits compact bench‑top dispensing work and can be matched with automatic and semi‑automatic filling machinery. Boasting well‑proportioned, compact and good‑looking appearance, every component undergoes fine machining with uniform sand‑blasting finish. The lever runs smoothly during operation.
Material Specifications
The housing adopts hard‑anodized aluminium‑alloy. Its rollers are made of molybdenum‑disulphide‑filled nylon with phase‑compensation structure. Equipped with 12 rollers, the pump head generates diminished pulsation and superior operational stability.
