Friendly reminder
In order to maximize the life of your sampler, please moisten the plunger tip with water before using the gas-tight sampler:
1. Take out the plunger from the barrel of the injector.
2. Put the plunger head in deionized water or distilled water to moisten it, and then insert the plunger back into the glass cylinder.
3. Move the plunger up and down 5-6 times, if necessary, please moisten the plunger head again.
4. Silicone or other lubricants compatible with your sample can also be used to wet the plunger tip.
Note: The use of unmoistened Teflon plunger head will cause PTFE to chip or loosen from the plunger rod, resulting in leakage.
Cleaning guide
Please use deionized water, acetone or other organic solvents to clean the injector. Avoid detergents, phosphoric acid or alkaline solvents. After cleaning, it must be rinsed thoroughly with distilled water and deionized water and dried thoroughly. Compressed air or vacuum can be used to dry the cylinder.
Notice
If you want to replace the sampler, you should also replace the gasket to achieve the desired sealing effect.
